Video game translator... or a hard-core gamer who lives on translation =) Skilled at MemoQ, Microsoft Leaf, Trados, and SmartCAT.
Started a career in translation from 2007. Since 2013, I increasingly focus on game localization; after all, this is the thing I can be most passionate about.
Translating 1,500 words per day. Proofreading 4,000 words (English, Korean)/letters (Chinese) per day.
- Detail of translation rate
If you permit me to make it public on my SNS or blog like "I was involved with this title" (after the release/launch, of course), then it starts at 6 Japanese yen. Otherwise, it's at least 8 yen.
I'm to be available from the end of April, 2020.
